Born from a love at first sight with electronic music at the age of 13, VAŁMA’s journey into the scene began during a family festival, where witnessing a live performance by The Subs ignited a passion that never faded. 

This fascination was only reinforced at 15, when the raw energy of the drum and bass era became the soundtrack of her teenage years. While pursuing studies in economics, she secretly nurtured the dream of becoming a DJ, drawn to the hypnotic rhythms and boundless creativity of electronic music. 

Two years ago, she finally made the leap, stepping behind the decks to carve out a unique sonic identity. Her sets reflect a deep-rooted energy, mostly blending high-paced techno, trance, and psytrance with a distinct touch of acid. Influenced by her Belgian-Spanish heritage, Latin grooves and percussive elements subtly weave through her selections, adding warmth and movement to the intensity of the beats.
